How KeysOver works

We own it, so we can sell it straight.

Our sister company, House Buying Solutions, buys houses across Northeast PA. KeysOver sells them as the titled owner (or under contract to be acquired, and the listing says which). You deal with the owner's team, not a middleman.

Owner priced means no agent markup.

The owner sets the price and sells direct. There is no listing commission built into the number, and there is no bidding war theater. Make an offer, get an answer.

The condition is on the listing.

Keys Included homes are inspected and renovated with the work listed. As-is homes show the known issues. Presale homes tell you the deposit, timeline and cancellation terms up front. Buyer to verify, always.

What the words mean

KeysOver is a real estate company, part of Osmenic, that sells houses it owns in Northeast Pennsylvania directly to buyers and investors at owner-set prices.

A Keys Included home is a KeysOver Certified Home that has been inspected and renovated and is move-in ready, with the inspection report and renovation list published on the listing.

An as-is home at KeysOver is a house sold in its current condition, with the known issues, a repair estimate and the after-repair value shown on the listing.

A KeysOver presale home is an existing house you reserve at a discount before we finish buying it, with the deposit, timeline and cancellation terms stated up front.

The Deal Vault is KeysOver's investor section: off-market and wholesale homes, coming-soon access for approved buyers, and the buyers list.

Owner priced means the titled owner of the house sets the price and sells it directly, with no listing agent markup.

Is KeysOver a real estate agent?

No. KeysOver sells homes it owns, or has under contract to buy, directly to you. We are not acting as your broker or agent. You are welcome to bring your own agent, inspector and attorney.

Can I get a mortgage on one of these houses?

Often, yes. Keys Included homes are move-in ready and typically work with conventional and FHA financing. As-is houses depend on condition; some need cash, hard money or a renovation loan like FHA 203k. Every listing says what we expect.

What does presale mean here?

We are still buying the house. You reserve it now at the anticipated price, and the sale closes after we take title. The deposit, timeline and how you cancel are on the listing before you commit.
